Summertime is upon us. Most areas of the county are experiencing hot, humid weather. Fortunately, here at Bonita we have a cool coastal/bay breeze that starts about 11:30 AM everyday. Our climate is heavily influenced by the bay which keeps our summertime temperatures very comfortable for golfing.
The course is in great shape for this time of year. The mild summer has definitely helped fill in the fairways, roughs, and tees. Greens are receptive and rolling true. The next two months will be crunch time, as we try to get through the stresses of summer with minimal turf issues.
